Die Gattung Libocedrus (Cupressaceae s. str.) in Neukaledonien – eine Übersicht

Die Pflanzenwelt Neukaledoniens hat sich unter einer etwa 100 Millionen Jahren fortwährender Isolation entwickelt und zahlreiche Endemiten hervorgebracht. Zu diesen zählen auch die drei Arten der Koniferengattung Libocedrus (L. austro-caledonica, L. chevalieri und L. yateensis). Deren Morphologie und Biologie wird nachfolgend vorgestellt.
